Common Questions?
We would like to recommend asking someone in your household, a neighbor, a family member, or a friend to help you get your pet to our facility. Some tips that we recommend you to do in preparation for transportation is to swaddle your beloved pet around the private part area, just like an infant so that no bodily fluids release on you or your helper. Also, making sure that the head is completely covered.
If you happen to have any heavy duty storage totes or laundry baskets with handles around your household, those make transportation a lot easier, especially if you are by yourself. And that way your pet is not tossing or turning around in your vehicle during transportation.
For larger dogs, we recommend that you use a tarp or an old bed sheet to lay down underneath your pets body which makes picking them up a little bit easier.
You can always place a towel or tarp onto your trunk before placing your pet inside. We hope that this information helps make this process a little bit less difficult for you. You can always call us and we can help guide you through the process.
In the event your pet passes at your home, we provide a "scheduled" Home Pet Pick Up service. Our comforting staff will make arrangements to come to your home, and professionally remove your pet from your home with the outmost dignity and respect you both deserve.
Pet parents must call us to schedule an appointment for this type of service. Please note that availability varies as we are not available 24/7 and payment is due prior to the scheduled pick up.
