In a private cremation, your beloved pet is cremated by itself and you will receive only your pet’s cremains. No other pets will be cremated with yours. Most families feel strongly about this type of cremation, as it is truly private.

Communal Pet Cremation:

Communal Cremation is also referred to as “Group” cremation, which is when your pet is cremated along with multiple pets and the cremains are not returned. All of the animals are cremated simultaneously and the ashes are pulverized together.

The Cremation Process:

• Your pet is secured with a unique and individual Identification Number, which allows for clear separation of the cremains. It gives you peace of mind that you will get only your pet’s cremains.
  
• This I.D. Number assigns a specific number that stays with your pet through the entire process.
• This specific number is never given to another pet to assure you are getting a private cremation.
• Your pet is kept in a secured refrigeration storage until the time of cremation.
• After the private cremation is completed, the cremated remains are taken to the processing station and allowed to cool.
• After the cremains are processed they will be transferred into a bag with the I.D. Number attached to the bag.
• The bag is then placed into an urn and the family is notified via phone for pick up.
• This procedure takes approximately between 3-7 days.

Pet Pick Up Service:

In the event your pet passes at your home, we provide a "scheduled" Home Pet Pick Up service. Our comforting staff will make arrangements to come to your home, and professionally remove your pet with the outmost dignity and respect you both deserve.

Pet parents must call us to schedule an appointment for this type of service. Please note that availability varies as we are not available 24/7 and payment is due prior to the scheduled pick up.

Pet Drop Off Service:

In the event that your pet passes away and you would like to bring your pet directly to us, please give us a call to make an appointment during business hours.
