Neo and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our heavy hearts
Dear J.W. and Peaches,
Neo and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our heavy hearts for the truly respectful way in which you treated our red rottweiler Pharaoh. The box in which he was placed could not have been a better choice.
Many of the young kids Pharaoh has met could not pronounce his name and they would invariably call him flower. So a red box with carved flowers suits him perfectly. It is heartwarming to know that there are still people that take pride in their work and treat the job with dignity and respect. After my mother was cremated, we were handed a cardboard box with a plastic bag containing her remains. It soured me on cremation for years to think that no one really cared but us. Pharaoh means the world to us and to have him treated so well through this whole process is not something that will be easily forgotten.
Thank you for re-establishing a trust that had been taken away from me for so many years and with someone so special to us.
Thanks again,
Sincerely,
They were there to Help
My son's best friend and constant companion Princess died suddenly.
When he found her dead in the closet he was so devastated, He could not take care of the details and what to do next. His girlfriend found Peaches and Jay and we got the girl in thier loving hands, they treated her and us with such kindness and compassion. My son will now have her memorial ashes and a paw print to remember her .
Thank You,
Donna Princess's grandma

I had prayed earlier in the week that because Janie was nearing her 14th birthday (Nov 9), that as she was such an exceptional girl, that God would take her quick and without suffering. By the end of the week, God had answered my prayer.
Janie appeared healthy and happy until that Friday when she appeared to have suffered congestive heart failure. From the time I took her to the vet and when she was put down, it was only an hour and a half. My husband and I took her to Cape Coral Pet Crematory where we were greeted by Jay with a basket and blankets where she was laid.
Jay was gentle, compassionate, caring and very thorough in explaining the procedure. In a very tough time in my life, I found
the support and help I needed.
I highly recommend this crematory for your beloved pet! My Janie will always be with me and the good memories of the arms I entrusted her to. Thanks Jay and Peaches, you were a Godsend!
