Thank You So Very Much For The Caring Support
First, I just wanted to say Thank you so very much for the caring support that you and your wife Peaches gave to our family, during a time that was so hard we could barely take it.
Our family member (dog), Bailey in 2 days time deteriorated so fast that we knew we had no other choice but to end her suffering and have her put to sleep. She was part Rot and part Lab and her hips just gave out on her and it seemed everything was just shutting down. Bailey was our first baby girl, not just a dog.
We took her to the Viscaya-Prado Vet Hospital and they treated us like we had been long time customers and never had been there. Fabulous staff there. They had told us that Juergen had already been there but they would call to see if we could take Bailey to him, and he said he would come back and get her when we were done saying our goodbyes to her, so she wouldnt have to be alone in a freezer til her cremation. And he kept his word, cuz as we were leaving he was showing up to get her. We were told we could pick up her ashes 2 days later at the vet hospital, so when I called to find out when we could get her, Juergen hadn't been there yet and they were closing, I asked if I could call him and of course they were very gracious and gave me his direct number.
When I called and explained who I was, he didn't hesitate to tell me that we could come by andpick Bailey up that day, he was on the road and as soon as he got back to the Crematory he would call us to come and pick her up. And his wife called and said to come on over when they got back.
Both Juergen and Peaches are very kind and caring people. I expected when he brought Baileys ashes out to me the standard, ashes in a bag and a cardboard box from what I was told from other people. And normally that is how is goes, but Juergen brought Bailey out to me in a beautiful wooden urn that has gorgeous carvings of flowers and vines on the top and it was sealed and he didnt expect a penny more for it.
Normally that urn would of cost us 60 dollars or better and he gave it us, out of the kindness of his heart and the wonderful staff at the vet hospital told him to treat us extra good cuz we were great people and loved our Bailey very much. She was with us 11yrs and The Cape Crematory, Juergen and Peaches, and the Viscaya-Prado Vet Hospital made a horrible time much easier on our family.
And we will never be able to thank you enough.
Please post this on your website so other people will know what wonderful people and a business you all are!
Sincerely, Angie Keister

On February 8th, my husband Matt and I were faced with the sad task of putting our beautiful German Shepherd Jodi to sleep. She had a brain tumor and there was no hope so we made arrangements with our vets for the afternoon.
We had been told by our Vet of a new Pet Crematory in the Cape and that they had been very satisfied with the service. When we learned who the owner was, there was no doubt in our mind that we wanted Juergen to take care of our Baby Jo.
Juegen is not only a local business owner, but a dedicated Cape Coral Fireman who my husband has worked with for many years. He understands the loss of loved ones, no matter whether they have two hands and two feet or four paws.
He arrived at the vets with a beautiful basket and blanket to place her in for her transport. He hugged us, assured us of her safe care and let us take our time to say our Goodbyes. We never had a doubt of how she would be handled.
When we called him about arranging for an urn that we had previously picked out online, he told us that his counselor Jim would make sure that we could get it to place our Jodi in. Every aspect of this sad process was handled with professionalism, caring and devotion to details.
We thank him and his staff for everything they did to allow us to grieve with confidence in her final arrangements.
